Good morning to all. 1lb down on the scale this morning. Daily weighing for now helps me keep track of my days but I'd eventually like to stick to Thursdays weekly in the coming months.

hi there @lucyhelenwilliams welcome to the challenge. what I do is copy and paste the dates into a notepad on my phone, edit that daily or weekly then paste it into a post. MFP only let's u edit your original post for 1 hour. but it's fine to add a new post each day :) there's a way to add a spoiler for your previous post…

Hi all. Just popping in to say hi 👋 TOM had me gain back nearly all my loss so now it's nearly gone I'm just focusing on tracking again. Not getting any exercise but it's ok. because in 2012 I lost 50lbs in 6 months without exercise so I know i can do it again through my eating! It's just a bonus for me at this point.
