Okay - updates! Started taking vitamins and vitamin D, working out in the morning before the sun rises, tan for 5 minutes every day and I bought a "happy lamp". I tell you what, I feel like a gazillion bucks!! Thank you, thank you for all your suggestions! Hugs to you all! :wink:
