  • That's so inspiring. I think i'm on day 4 of level 1 but my bad knees give out everytime I do the bicycle kicks and makes me feel a failure. Seeing you is such a boost even if I might just have to skip the bicycle kicks :)
  • It's my 3rd time to do this dvd but there has been about 4 days inbetween each time. I really need to do this closer together. My initial thought was to this twice a day since it was only 20 mins but I have yet to do this.
