I have crossed this path many times. I simply say thank you for thinking of me, but I am trying to eat healthier. If that doesn't work and you get the come on one ice cream won't hurt etc.....my response is thanks I'm not hungry right now, I'll save it for latter when I need a treat.

You might want to try eating foods that are not so heavy. Try to make it a point to eat 4-6 times a day, by eating things like fruit, nuts, cheese sticks, grilled chicken with salad or a small sandwhich. By doing this your metabolism should not slow down. :smile:

just remeber to order soft tacos and stuff fresca style they are much lower in cal.

Losing a lot of weight the first couple of weeks is pretty normal. Because you are eating healthier and proably taking in less carbs, sodium and haveing better BM's. A lot of the weight is water, you should see a more steady and smaller weight loss in the weeks to come.
