  • I'm experimenting with smoothies. I typically skip the banana due to the huge sugar and carb count. I use flax seed or oat bran. Turns out like a cereal bar shake. Sounds weird unless you think cookies and cream shake with berries. I have type 2 diabetes so I watch carbs like a hawk on a bunny. Stay with whole grain foods.…
  • Thanks for the input. I started exercise and my readings went from 235 to 175 after exercise. Pretty cool.
