You can do a chair workout - Jillian Michaels has one as part of her work out - different ways to work out, get your heartrate up and still get a sweat on. good luck on your journey.

i agree with a previous poster.. just have a smaller portion or a couple of hershey kisses - or a few chocolate chips - .. you'll end up eating way more becuase you dont give into your craving and just keep snacking on "healthy" options... I also found a delish treat on pinterest.. put a yogurt into a baggie.. then pipe…

Im starting tomorrow - Im back on the band wagon - just lost 53 pounds and im starting the 30DS again. i said once i was down 50 pounds i'd do it. I did it before and had great results. It's a great routine. Good luck to all... anyone can add me if you like -
