I still have fat. I lost 70 pounds from my starting weight yes, but I did it without exercising. I'm pretty sure I have a very low amount of muscle and high body fat still because of that.

I've just just just started exercising. If I exercise that day I'll eat more than 1200. If I'm not, I'm Aiming for 1200.
