I trained for a half in the Florida summer. Early mornings helped a lot.

I think that you're doing great. Eventually, your loss will slow down, but as long as you're eating enough to fuel your lifestyle, you're doing fantastic. If you start feeling symptoms like fatigue, you should up your calories.

I agree with you, to an extent. I like to use a variety of different measurement systems, because I just don't trust my mind/mirror to tell me when I look better. My self image is so poor and my view of my body is so distorted that I could look ten pounds of fat and still not see any change in the mirror.

That's fantastic! Congrats!

I graduated high school at 185 lbs. I weigh 154 currently.

7 for those legs alone.

I am at slight deficit, per the iifym calculations. I'll look into scaling it up when I start the program. 40 pounds on my squat would be so awesome!

Thanks, I'll look into it. I'm eating 1800 calories a day, and 150 grams of protein. Do you really think I'm not eating enough?

I've always known I didn't want children. I didn't sign my marriage certificate until I was positive my husband to be felt the same way. I'm twenty six, and I've been married for four years.

Thanks, PennyVonDread. This is awesome.

Some chocolate cake and a double espresso, please.

This is why I love Stronglifts. Less exercises to remember.

I'm 26 years old. At 22, I lost forty pounds, getting down to 155. I've maintained that weight (5 lbs over the normal weight for my height which is 5'5'') for the past four years, and am now curious about dropping body fat a little lower. I don't think that I'm unhealthier than someone who's my height and fifteen pounds…

I'd suggest to have someone look at your form and make sure that you're squatting properly. Or you could take a video and watch your own form.

You just have to be more diligent with tracking.

I'm ready to go out and party.

Continue eating at a deficit. Lift weights/Exercise. Maybe don't call yourself gross.

This is ludicrous to me. I don't weigh my toast, but I certainly see the value in weighing peanut butter (instead of using a tbsp) or weighing ice cream, or protein. Eye balling portions is not precise. It sounds like you're figuring things out with a qualified medical team. Good luck!

Hating exercise is a very general statement. It's difficult to imagine that you hate all exercise. Maybe you should branch out and try some new things, and eventually you might find something you don't hate. Or you'll find benefits of exercise that will outweigh the negative effects you feel.

My diary is open. I typically eat around 1000 between breakfast and lunch; and leave the other 800 for dinner, snacks, and dessert.

At White House Black Market, I'm a 10. At Express, I'm an 8. At Loft, I'm between a 4-6, depending on how low the pants sit. Sometimes, I wear a size 2. I like to say that if you want a different size, just shop at a different store. I have a 28 inch waist and 38 inch hips. Sizes are so screwed up that I just ignore the…
