I'm pretty close to my goal weight. I re-evaluate every five pounds. I also lift weights, so I'm not overly concerned about the actual weight on the scale, and more thrilled about losing body fat.

God, I wish. Although, I can interchange 38B and 36C depending on the bra, so my cup sizing depends heavily on the bra type.

You could add more almond butter than a tsp, and that should be pretty great. Nuts were going to be my first suggestion, as that's what I do when I have a shake that's low in fat.

I eat whatever I want within my calorie/macro goals. I aim for 120 grams of protein a day, and I make sure to get enough fat. Other than that, I just make decisions based on my cravings and my budgetary restrictions. Of course, if I want enough calories in my dessert for ice cream, I might eat a lighter lunch to make that…

I think you look wonderful, and your weight loss makes you look young, vibrant, and healthy. I'm sorry that your family is being mean to you. Ultimately, it's your body and you get to make decisions about it.

Eh, he's at the gym and working hard. I like wearing jeans to workout in sometimes, but that's just because I love my jeans and I am most comfortable when wearing them.

I just don't define it as breakfast and lunch. I wake up at 5 am for work in the mornings, and generally eat breakfast before work (sometimes I pack it with me instead, but that's rare). Most of the time, I can get by with a small snack around 10 and lunch around 12. This works for me but it took some getting used to.

We lift weights together with a group of friends. We lift in a friend's garage gym, so it works out for all of us. There are three couples and two other girls that lift on the same three days a week. My cardio includes some running but only to stay in enough shape for obstacle races once in a while. Otherwise, I like circuit training, biking, walking, and hiking. When I used to have a gym membership, I loved the rowing machine as well.

I just wanted to say that's pretty impressive.

My upper body is a lot slimmer. My biceps and shoulders are showing a lot of definition, and my boobs shrunk by half a cup size. I think the stomach is the last place I'll lose weight.

SW: 154 GW: 149 It's a little ambitious at the rate that I'm losing, but I definitely don't think that it's out of the realm of possibility.
