I had good intentions, but never quite got to working out. Did some heavy duty vacuum cleaning, though, and I was sweating, so that must count for something :smiley: I've just started logging in all my foods, and discovered that I am eating a lot of carbs - way more than I need! thankfully, tomorrow is a brand new day!

I'm in the same boat too - at 38, 170 lbs. I can't believe I've gained 30 lbs in 13 years - embarassing! (although I've had 7 pregnacies, and currently 6 healthy children to keep me on the run!)
