I usually break it down into 2 or 3 shorter 15-20 minutes walks, one around lunch time - which is great just to get out the office and stretch the legs and walking the dog when I get home, the rest of the time I try to walk around the office more.

Such a fantastic thread, reading through all these I'm saying snap and snap so many changes have happened along the way and everything people have listed I sooo identify with. So many positives - Being able to comfortably cross my legs, seeing my collar bone, having my wedding rings resized down as they didn’t even fit on…

Great post, I am getting near my goal and you have definitely been an inspiration to know that we can all find what works for us and maintain the weight loss we've all worked so hard for. 10 years that's a great job. :D

I also need to lose 100+ lbs – about 165 would be nice :smile: , I started at 280 lbs (127.5 kilo) and over a year have lost 50 lbs (23 kilo) my goal is about the 165 lbs (75 kilo) mark. MFP has definitely been great for me…….makes me think about my choices. I am happy to loose the weight slowly making adjustments and…

That's fantastic.......it's defintately one of my goals and I'm part way there my doctor has taken me from the highest dose BP to the lowest.........my goal is to be off them totally. Well done:wink:
