Glad to hear you enjoyed it, thanks for sharing! :) I use Gala apples most often because they are a bit sweeter - green apples would be great if you drizzled a tiny bit of caramel sauce over the top (like a caramel apple!) but that would considerably up the calories.

I also posted a raspberry one recently that you might enjoy! Let me know what you think :) http://www.cookingwithjax.com/2013/07/raspberry-overnight-oatmeal.html

Can't wait to hear what you think! If you wondering where my nutritional info came from - search the database for "MJ Delisle - Apple Pie Breakfast". :)

Thank you! :)

This recipe is vegan too! You can't even tell it has avocado in it!

This happened to me when I made strawberry chips for the first time! The key is to slice whatever fruit you are using paper thin, literally as thin as you can possibly slice. They will seem kind of soft when you take them out of the oven, but they will continue to crisp up as they cool! Hopefully that helps! :)

Mangos would be soooo good! I will have to pick a few up to try making chips with next time I'm at the store! Thanks for the tip. :)

I know what you mean! That's why I started making it myself. :)

Lol - not weird at all! Thanks! :)

No problem! ;)

There is no acid (citrus or vinegar) to keep the avocado from turning so it would taste the best if eaten within a couple of days.
-
No problem! :)

Thanks, I will have to try this!

I love a good traditional Sunday meal. It might be brunch or dinner but I usually always try and make something nice that day.

Enjoy! :)
