Wow, who would have thought pizza would be such a hot topic? For those of you looking to try a gluten free alternative, cut back on calories, get more veggies into your diet, or overall just have a new and different way to enjoy pizza, absolutely make this recipe - you won't regret it! For those of you who would rather…

Glad to hear you liked it! Try a nut milk bag (about $3 at a health food store). It makes this step a cinch! It literally took me 2 minutes to strain all of the water out! :)

Glad to hear you enjoyed it! :)

I wrote a few messages down that I forgot to mention the calorie content was just for the crust, because toppings are such variables! Sorry about the confusion, it was too late to edit by the time I logged back in!

Cheers, thanks for posting. :)

Because I ate half a pizza and it was less calories than a slice at our local pizza place! :) My hubby is a pizza fanatic and he loved it! I honestly wouldn't have believed it was a cauliflower crust had I of not made it myself!

I don't see why not! :) If you do make it with frozen, let me know how it turns out!

www.CookingWithJax.com Healthy, delicious recipes! :)

I actually considered that myself while I was making it, but you would either have to a) cook the cauliflower first and then juice it and I'm not really sure how well that would work or b) juice the cauliflower and then cook it but I don't know how well it would cook once it's pulp? It wouldn't be too fine though I pureed…

Everyone always looks at me crazy like whenever I order it at a restaurant. Broccoli & cheese historically go well together though! It's my favourite pizza topping!

Dairy free cheese might work? I think the cheese helps bind everything together. Dayla makes some good cheese, and I've heard cashew cheese is pretty interchangeable in recipes too! Hopefully this helps!

I just looked at what I wrote and it's too late to edit! That should say 41 calories per slice for the crust (since toppings are variables). I logged it last night and 1/2 the pizza (with my toppings) was about 350 calories, and it's the size of a large pizza you'd order in a restaurant! I was completely satisfied after,…

That's pretty close to the same recipe. :) I don't have a microwave though so I liked the idea of roasting the cauliflower first (plus it really brought out a nice flavour).

Thanks! I found it pretty easy! I used a nut milk bag (sometimes labeled as a reusable produce bag) to strain it which really helped. You can also use a clean dishcloth, cheesecloth, or strainer, but I found the nut milk bag the easiest! After straining it, everything else was done within a few minutes.

You have to make sure to get as much liquid as possible out of the cauliflower first! I think that really affects consistency (I came up with about 2 cups of liquid afterwards! Also, the recipe I used called for 1 tbsp flour of choice (I used almond flour) and I think it really helped bind everything together!

This is Canadian, but for me it was Boston Pizza's Crispy Chicken Pecan Salad. Granted the chicken is fried but it's a whopping 1,200 calories for just one salad!

Ooh this one looks really nice! Thanks! :)

I reviewed the Suja Cleanse on my blog recently (http://www.cookingwithjax.com/2013/11/reviewgiveaway-suja-juice-3-day-cleanse.html) and I absolutely LOVED the benefits of it! I'm really looking forward to continuing juicing. What kind of juicers do you guys have? I have an ancient ones my parents bought in the 70's and…

I started a blog! ;) As for the recipes I gather - I have a binder filled with sheet protectors (so I can slip recipes/notes inside of them).

This looks great, thanks! :)

I'll have to try peanut better next time I make this! Thanks! :)

200 degrees is a really low temperature that's why it's so long. :)

The recipe calls for parchment paper or a silicon baking mat. Try one of those. :)

Thanks! :)

If you'd like to see the exact nutritional info I used, look up "MJ Delisle Apple Pie Breakfast" in the database. 115 calories. ;)
