    That looks amazing! I saw a vegan make one for Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall on his TV show River Cottage (UK) and thought I'd died and gone to heaven. :happy:

    This recipe is vegan too! You can't even tell it has avocado in it!

    I made this and it was amazing! Didn't have the avocado flavour at all but it was rich, creamy and satisfying. I'm definitely going to be making this a lot! It's great with a bit of peanut butter blended it. :smooched:
