Delicious Low Cal Cabbage Soup

If you're polish like me, you probably like cabbage rolls. If you do, this recipe is for you.
It's very simple to make, simple ingredients and only about 100 calories per cup! Tasty, and filling, too!

Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef or chicken or turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
784 mL chicken or beef broth (no added sodium)
4 cups low sodium V8 juice
1 cup water
1/2 cup quinoa
pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. white sugar
5 cups finely chopped cabbage

Fry meat. Add ingredients. Cover and cook for 45 minutes.
