I have been staying on track with my workouts, and I have to say, I am noticing a difference! I am so excited to see where the next two and a half months lead to!

I was just getting on to ask you:). Today I finished up my second week of body revolution....haven't missed a workout yet! Tomorrow is my rest day, and then back at it on Thursday with workout 3. I am so excited....never made it this far before! Keep up the good work!

Thanks for all the great ideas! I think I am going to try to keep myself occupied once the kids are in bed. I am thinking if I brush my teeth, too, that I won't want to snack afterwords:)

I had a great week this week! Usually after a few days I start to stray, but I did all six days of workout and am looking forward to having a day of rest tomorrow!

I have a fitbit one and I love it! I have daily goals that help me stay on track. It helps to sync it with MFP to stay even more on track. I also like the competition aspect of how trying to beat the total steps of my friends.

I work Saturdays, so I plan my meals ahead of time. I always pick up a pizza for dinner on the way home, so I usually have that logged in the morning. Which, by the way, I only had two slices! I usually can eat three or four, but tracking really helps me to see how much I don't need to eat. Sundays are my free day, but I…

That would be great! I do better with accountability:) I did yesterday's workout, and also did one today. I have a hard time figuring out what to log it as. Is it cardio? Or is it circuit training? What do you log your under?

I am ready for a change! I have tried numerous times to loose weight, and the best way for me is to be accountable. I am hoping to kick start a healthier lifestyle over the course of the next 90 days!
