just lift between a 6-12 rep range. you won't "bulk" from this because you're not in a caloric surplus (i presume?) nor do you have the testosterone levels to build large muscle like men. yes - if you find it hard to reach your macros without them.

I've been doing IF on and off since starting my weight loss journey in April. I did it for about 2 months consistently and then I took a month where i would still eat the correct amount of calories but just include breakfast. Now I'm back doing IF and I'm losing weight a lot faster than before.

Why don't you do a 3:2 split? You can do 3 days of Full body work outs, then 2 days of running. That gives you 2 days rest.
