  • Take advantage of the subway stairs, get off a stop early, that'll give you up to 10 blocks to power walk or something. If you work close enough to home, invest in a bike. There is a website I joined, but havent used (lol) www.meetup.com , it has all kinds of things, mom meert ups, fitness, yoga, activities, etc.
