  • I guess I'm sort of the opposite.... I get a little sad if people don't notice that I'm losing weight. It makes me question if I even look any different compared to when I started losing.....
  • I like him, but it was just.... weird. Maybe media has warped my mind and expectations, or lack of seeing physical connection happen in my home life. Or maybe I'm just one of the few people who do not see a point in it and find it unenjoyable. But according to him, later on, it went well soooooo.

  • Whenever i'm sad, depressed, or incredibly upset... I actually try to resort to exercise instead of food. Mainly because I know with exercise, my feelings will come out. Instead of hiding them by shoving food in, I'm bawling my eyes out as I walk/run. And I do feel better afterwards.

  • Look ahead, not back. And one day of cheating will not ricochet you back to weighing a lot. Takes years to slowly gain weights, and takes a lot of time to lose it. Think of this as a challenge, a bump in the road.

  • Nice job! I'm currently almost done with level one... and through 30 day shred, and eating properly, I've lost 6 lbs so far, and a few inches in the stomach. Not planning on doing progress measurements until I'm done with the shred, but my belt is almost stretched thin from tightening it so much.

  • Oh gosh I'm slacking. Didn't do it for awhile for lack of time what with too much school work. Just about ready to start Day 8 tonight. Gone up a notch on my belt.... should probably look into getting one size smaller pants. Definitely a noticeable difference already.
  • That falls into the category of offering "other alternatives". I say something to the effect of that no I don't like/drink coffee, but that that doesn't mean I can't have something else. The reaction is always the same. It's like not liking coffee is some kind of horrendous thing.

  • Boredom. Come home from school, watch tv, eat food as I was watching tv so I wouldn't pay attention and soon I'd have eat a whole bag of chips for example, without thinking about it. Developed a soda and sugary foods addiction. Meal portions were huge in our family anyway....

  • I lurk as well, because it interests me.... especially since I've been finding a lot where the main foods are from fast food places. I keep mine open, but I don't always input everything, trying to do better on that though.
  • 5 or so cans of Pepsi Next, 2 cups of shell sunflower seeds, kfc chicken strips and coleslaw, and 2 jr roast beefs from arby's.
  • I've been able to substitute desserts for Archer Farms yogurt in the strawberry cheesecake flavor. Sooooooooo friggin' delicious.
