They are totally worth it! I love mine, it has a great dashboard. It is motivational and you can challenge your friends. I would say make the investment! I have ethe Fitbit Zip, it does not track your sleep patterns. Debra

I prefer it as it is higher in protein and calcium than regular milk. Lower in calories too. Healthier than regular milk, I feel. It has a different consistency than regular milk, some like while others do not. It it worth trying.

I use half turkey burger and half turkey Italian sausage. I switch out sometimes I use oatmeal instead of bread crumbs. I used water, I use about 1/4 to 1/2 cup.. I use a couple of eggs as well.
