  • I LOVEEEEE my wii fit (and I just got the plus!!) The Wii Plus is even BETTER! I work out for 30 mins and am sweating by the time I'm done..   • I LOVE my trainer! Never the same thing twice, work out 3 times a week with her and the other 3 days by myself just doing cardio and it's been a month and I've dropped 2 pant sizes and 22lbs! It's WELL worth it! GOOD LUCK!!

  • Suggestion... Try to have a BIG breakfast! If your getting up and going, your body NEEDS something to burn off. I use to have a pack of high fiber oatmeal, 2tbsp of walnuts, my dan active immunity shots and 8oz glass of 2% milk.. I was yelled at lol.   • I've been there before!! It SUCKS!! What I've done to make sure that doesn't happen, is excersice different EVERY time I do work out.. That way your constantly tricking your body and moving and stretching. It really does make a huge difference.

  • I LOVE LOVE LOVE my wii fit plus!!! It's fun.. up to date, has SO much more than the regular wii fit and you can do it in your own home! The yoga and aerobics are my fav!!
  • I agree with a lot of the people here.. I cheat once or twice a month if I have pizza.. I have a regular coke.. it's a fix. Other than that.. I have 2% milk in the morning, water ALL day..   • Well... I can make up for the protein other ways.. It's just the thought of giving up milk. I've always been a big milk drinker but I only have one 8oz glass a day.. I drink water all day.. and have a glass of tea at night. So it's either Tea or Milk?! Guess it's gonna be tea that I give up!

  • I just started it too and I LOVE it! Right after my work out is when it's best.. I've had the vanilla.. (The light isn't that tasty... very chalky..) Great to restore everything you just lost!
