I usually only eat back a max of half of exercise calories, which gives me a nice deficit on the weekend to go slightly over one or two of the days. It's worked for me so far.

Incredible! What an amazing inspiration!

I am on week 5 and haven't lost a pound or cm. Sigh. I worked out my cals and for my height and weight I am eating exactly what they prescribe. My endurance has improved and I am determined to finish it, but I too am feeling disappointed. Just hoping that that magic 6th week I'll start seeing some difference. Just a few…

What an incredible transformation and inspiration. I am half way through (in recovery week) and am very nervous about month 2. I have also not lost any weight or cm's from the first month. Did you find you starting dropping weight straight away? I would love to hear how it progressed.

FANTASTIC!!!!! Well done!

Fantastic! Well done! I am in the middle (Recovery Week this week). Nice to see such incredible improvements on your Fit Tests. Wow!!! Not to mention the obvious changes from your photos. Good job!

I'm the same. Most of the workouts are around 300 - 400 cals. Much lower on the cardio recovery day and I only get into the 400's on the days that we add the cardio abs workout. I really thought I would be burning much more after everyone commented, but it would seem that it's not the case. I think it depends on your…

I have had exactly the same reaction to Insanity. I was so excited to start this programme, and then rather disallusioned when I did. It was this hectic, high impact cardio, all the time and how was I supposed to be encouraged when even the professional athletes in the video can't keep up. But, I am very determined and…

That is such an awesome feeling! Well done! Best motivation ever

I am in my 4th week of Insanity and for the first 2 weeks I was absolutely ravenous too. It made me nervous because my burns are not excessively high (300 - 450 cals / workout). I did increase my cals by around 200 a day. A lot of people told me to eat more whilst doing Insanity. I'm not entirely convinced though. I was…

Definitely go for Ri30 after 30DS. It's a great follow on.

You look so amazing! You can be super proud at that incredible achievement! I totally agree with your guidelines to success too. I think one of the most empowering things I learnt while losing weight, was that if I had a bad day, I wasn't going to undo all my hard work, I just carried on tracking and was better the next.…

I had the same. MFP's circuit training estimate was pretty spot on when I started using my HRM. It does make a difference depending on your fitness level, as I only got my HRM when I'd already done about 4 months of Jillian. But I think I was at around 180 cals for the L1 workout.

I'm starting week 4 this week and I too have experience no weight loss. Sigh. I know I'm just about at goal (I'm actually at what I initially put as goal weight, but now would like to drop just the last 2.5 pounds), and the scale was up last week, for the first time in months. Hoping that I get better results as I keep…

I've completed it as well as 30DS about 3 times (and most of her other workouts). I enjoyed it, and definitely felt challenged and much stronger, but I didn't get the same results that I got from 30DS. In fact, my weight went up slightly and I didn't lose a single cm. Maybe because I was already at "goal" weight when i…

Wow! What an incredible transformation! And good for you for taking on regular exercise as well. You can see it is making a difference. I know how you feel about stagnating, but we need to remember that measurements, how our clothes fit and being healthy and strong is what really counts. Good luck with the rest of P90!

Absolutely incredible! That is seriously impressive and your husband's jaw is going to drop when he sees you! Well done :flowerforyou:

Do you find Extreme Shed & Shred compares to 30DS / Ri30? I am thinking of trying this one next. Also, what's Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout like? Thanks!

I love 30DS. It will always be my all time favourite, though I've done Ri30, Yoga Meltdown, BFBM & NMTZ. I have not thought to combine those two though, and really like the sound of it. Thanks for the tip!

Thanks for this  Love Jillian!

Thank you again everyone! Just know how motivated I feel when I see other people's success stories

These look awesome! I can't wait to try them!

Incredible! All of you are AMAZING!!!

Oh boy do I know how it feels to see everyone else around you dropping that baby weight instantly with breastfeeding. I was devastated! Guess we just have to work that much harder :ohwell: Good luck!

Well done on reaching your goal and maintaining! Yes, I really do think it's important to keep logging, I recently found a lot of old habits sneaking up on me, but thankfully, I get reminded every time I do something I shouldn't

Thank you  My tummy is my nemesis, so this means a lot! I do often go over on my sugar, mainly because I love tea (seriously, it's like pudding to me) and I take honey in my tea. But this was one vice I wasn't willing to give up on. As for normal sugar (i.e. not natural sugars), I try and stay away from it as much…
