6/18 257 Worked, came home swent swimming then worked in rabbit barn. Have a double shift tomorrow. Don't really have any food prepared. 6/15 257.4 I've been doing good logging my food, drinking more water, being more active, no alcohol, did have a diet coke today but 1 is better than 3 or 4. 6/16 256 Spent the day in the road, tending to rabbits and preparing to go back to work tomorrow. Didn't drink as much water as I should have.

Actually from my experience as a nurse and having multiple patients on and off Vitamin D with weekly and monthly labs to prove whether it is working or not this is incorrect. I have personally seen it work in too many patients. Not to say that happens with all.
