I wore a regular bra, sports bra on top, another regular bra and then another sports bra on top. It helped but durn that is ridiculous. I for some reason can't keep the sports bra from rising up. I am in. I am on day 3 today. I will do it tonight when I get off. I have a lot more to lose here than most who are doing this but I am giving it a shot anyway. I was shocked last night when I finished day 2 with a few modifications and then got on the elliptical for 10 minutes. I was proud of that.

I am on day 3 now. I won't see much of a visible difference because I have A LOT to lose but I am going to stick with it anyway thinking it will help with weight loss. Can't really believe I have been able to do it with a few modifications. Good luck everyone.

Oh and it was on my first medicated cycle! Not my first cycle with metformin but my first cycle with a fertility medication. Metformin, diet and exercise works for a lot of people!

I have PCOS got pregnant with metformin, femara, baby aspirin and progesterone. I was 300lbs when I got pregnant. It can happen. Don't let anyone tell you it can't. Good Luck.

Walk in place, march in place, jog in place, move your legs from side to side, kick your legs with the opposite arm going out forward at the same time.
