I'm sorry you feel discouraged. I have definitely been there. On nights I feel hungry, I have a cup of tea or extra water and go over my diary for the day and make a note not to eat those food choices / combination again noting how hungry I was. I also try to set some mini goals for myself with non food / calorie rewards.…

I'm in! This is just what I need. I'll jump on the elliptical in the morning and keep my water bottle with me all day. Instead of reaching for a snack I'll grab it first! Thanks.
