I have mine open to my friends...If I ask for help "Why is the scale not moving", Friends can look at my diary and make suggestions on changes I should maybe consider. I look at my friends diaries for meal and snack Ideas.

I have a job that I work full time plus (40-55 hrs 6-7 days per week) that requires me to sit on my rear in front of a computer, I am a single mom to an 11 yr old son and a Cat. I don't count everyday cooking and picking up that must be done to maintain proper living conditions. I will log a couple of times a month when I…

MFP already has calculations based on your activity level that you set it for....It then sees your fitbit activity and makes adjustments based off of it. If you have activity listed as Sedentary and you move alot during the day there will be a calculation of extra cals burned. if you have light activity and you only walk…

I don't use a lot of it, but I love Truvia. I am sensitive to artificial sweeteners like aspartame and saccharin, they are migraine triggers. No problems with since using Truvia, Moderation on any thing, especially since its newer to the market.

I recently purchased size 12 jeans down from 26 a little over a year ago, Had a co-worker hand me a pair of size 10 dress pants and for giggles I tried them on and i could actually fasten them, they will look a little better in a few weeks but I can not remember ever being this…

Yep, pretty much gone.. I thought I was having a heart attack and it was really bad heart burn in Nov 2011. Went on OTC heartburn medication for about 6 months. Started eating healthier in Feb 2012. Now I hardly eat fried foods, and unless I eat a very heavy meal close to bedtime, no more heartburn.

I agree with op, I eat pretty much what I want as long as it fits in my calories, Today was a tough one at work, came home and did a workout video before running my son to TKDO class, decided frozen yogurt sounded good after the day I had, checked cals and decided that would be my dinner tonight, I don't do it every day…

I am doing day 18 tomorrow level 2 day 8, It is a tough workout but I already see muscle definition, not so much with weight loss since I am so far into eating healthy. I highly recommend it.

I make Jello gelatin and put in individual 4 oz cups with lids, makes 6 servings at about 64 cals per cup. i don't fill to the top cause it will get messy so it makes 6 instead of 4 as the box says. Also I have room to add a small dollop of fat free cool whip if I want.

sorry, "Don't let them"

Do your workout and chalk it up as a splurge day. Tomorrow is a new day and a clean start. One day is not going to ruin all your hard work. There will be days like that, just let them turn into day after day, or weeks or months. Awesome job so far and keep at it.

Awesome, thanks for sharing and kudos for realizing what it take many people years to learn...It is a LIFESTYLE not a diet, small changes and smart choices are what gets us to our goal. I have an 11 year old son, and workouts involving him are the best..:drinker:

I just did day 1 of 30DS, It kicked my butt. lol I have been physically active since March of last year and I was still winded and had a hard time keeping up with the jumping jacks and jump rope...I hope to see more of toning than weight loss.

Thank you so much for sharing, I was going to have to find the weight conversion since I only have oz. scale and really did not want to have to buy another. :drinker:

For me it was a health assessment for work Health Insurance, when I got my numbers and the realization set in, i had avoided mirrors and scales for a while, It clicked for me, Me and coworkers all are giving each other support.
