Congrats on the clean out! Way to go... I did the same thing two weeks ago, except mine were 2XL and 3XL; replaced with goodwill fines in XL and still working on it...Keep up the hard work. :wink:

Congts that is one of my goals to actually do a 5K fundraiser walk, I have been walking that much with a friend on a regular basis, at our own pace. Trying to do the couch to 5K running app.

Hello, I'm 5' 1.5" pear shaped also. Been losing since Feb, so eight months in and I have dropped only 3 pants sizes were I have gone down 4 almost 5 shirt sizes. Big problem area...gonna seek out the trainer at my gym and find out what exercises will work best for this area. I will post when I know something more.

I just discussed what I should weigh with my physician. He told be 114lbs for the first 60" of height and 10lbs for each inch over that is the beginning basics of determining a healthy weight he told me at 5'1.5" 130 would be a good place.
