In the summer I take giant portabello mushroom caps, bbq them (snap the stem off and brush them clean first!) and then put goat cheese and caramelized onion into the cap and eat it with a lite bun as a "burger." It is TO DIE FOR.

I'd be interested too as I'm 5'5 and weigh about 147 and would like to weigh 130 by the end of summer!

Thanks! I'll take a look at that idea. I had thought that doing wall/table/knee height might be *easier* than female pushups, but it would more closely replicate the body motion if I do them from-the-toes style...yes!

I hadn't thought to ask for steak without seasoning, that's a good point, I bet the seasoning isn't gluten free! I will try Boston Pizza's gluten-free crust! Sounds great! I kinda miss pizza!

When I want a banana I have half a banana and see if that sates my sugar craving. I cut up oranges and have half a cup of orange pieces instead of a whole orange. I have a few slices of apple on the side. Etc etc. I find it keeps fruit in my diet without blowing my sugar-count for the day. Hope that helps!
