I agree with Steve. Break it down to just a few people, get to be buddies with them, and potentially rotate from there. Keeping it smaller might be easier, but if you ever need more advice or support, come to the main group. At least that's my thinking.

I love that!!! And for sure... Beginning to finally understand moderation and not to hate myself for having "treats" and then go into a downward spiral. Logging was a big pitfall of mine too.

1. Getting off track I go to have one treat day or enjoy a meal out, bring home leftovers, then it turns into two days. Depends on what I'm making. The other day was Thai Slow Cooker porkloin with [side] soba noodles, water chesnuts, and bean sprouts. Whole thing came to about 600 or so. None of my "fat" clothes (USA 18) fit. Hoping to get back to my "skinny" clothes (USA 8) and beyond. I was complaining about my weight even in the size 8 clothes. Now to pass that!

When I have to have something (when I still had really hardcore cravings for soda), I either go for fruit juice (OJ is always in the house for the boy) or I used to buy Crystal light packets or something like that. Honestly, I still have one once in a while. All in moderation.

I agree with everyone that was definitely the best intro ever! 270-ish here, looking to get down to about 150. They warned me not to work in fast food.. ya.. didn't listen. So that's about half of the gain. The rest was overly delicious food and beverages.. oops! Anyway, back on the horse, slowly but surely!
