  • I try, if at all possible, to do at least 60 min or cardio 5 days a week and strength training 3 days a week for 60 min.
  • Crystal light has a mix, hunger satisfaction, the flavor is strawberry banana. It works for me, also I eat a piece of fruit with nuts to help the cravings. I am a snacker too, mainly after I get the kids to bed. I try very hard not to turn to the sweets.
