I have a story! I got engaged last Xmas Dec 2012 and bought my dress at 262 pounds. On my wedding day I was 208. I had to have ,y dress way taken in! Here is a pic of me as a bridesmaid in my friends wedding Oct 2012 and then me on my wedding day Sept 6 2013 :)

I just like beer.. been drinking low carb beer lately.. really like the Michelob ultra- even the husband likes it.. but wouldn't turn down any type of pint to be honest :D

Ya I get you there I am pretty similar, pants I still struggle with depending on the store, kind of stuck in between but everything else I can buy regularly which is so amazing. I still look at clothes before I try them on and think "there is no way that's going to go past my knees" etc

I am very similar to you. I started at 262 and was a tight 20 now I am a loose 18. After 43 pound I thought I would be at least a 16 by now. It will come in time!

So far I have lost 43 pounds with zero exercise. I think I am looking pretty good! Maybe when I get closer to goal I will feel the need to exercise and tone up. For me it was already a big change to change my eating habits and I didn't want to overwhelm myself with too many expectations. In the past i would say I am going…

for me close family and friends started to comment around 30 punds. Once I hit 35 (at 43 now) the comments came flying in like crazy. I work in a big office and I am a supervisor so I think people were afraid to say anything but once one person did, it won't stop. They actually talk about so much now I find it embarassing!…
