My fitness director at my local YMCA said for ANYONE to get a benefit of their workout, 1 hour of cardio DAILY and 30 minutes of circuit training or free weight training. I personally like to do about 30-45 on the treadmill,elliptical and then whatever is remaining in a cardio class. It makes it more fun (plus having fun…
