Hello Purple Team... Nice Ticker Skittles! Love it. This heat is not helping me at all. I miss February. :) I would like to loose those last 10 lbs with this challenge. But I would like to think back and be happy that I have been able to maintain my weight at 150 for many months. Good luck to all, slowly but surely we will…

Zanne You are not alone. I really find weekends are hard for me too- every Monday I weigh myself and the scale is not kind to me. So I start over and work all week to loose the 2-3 pounds I gain on the weekend. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh just hang in there and keep moving! :)

I always only rely on myself. That is the attitude you need to have. I found when I joined the gym with a friend, i was struggling more going than when I signed up by myself. I take my fitness upon myself and have been successful. As for the eating part, are you eating more, are you eating less? Are you eating out more?…

ALright, no weight loss here, but no gain either... It was up and down the same pound all this week... so it's OK. I wasn't able to put in as much effort as I would have liked. On top of that, went for a dental follow up on the surgery I had in november... not healing as it should, so I had to go under another small laser…

I get on the scale everyday too... yeah once I see it go up by a little ,time to buckle down... The daily drill really helps me as I don't over obsess with the number... knowing is half the battle. . :)

I must say drinking 8 glasses of water really helped me during the last challenge I did. So I will definitely try to drink that damn water, even if I feel…

If I have time- I weigh myself daily first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom. This has helped me to understand my body. If I see a gain I am not frustrated as it would be understandable to why I would have gained- bad food, not exercising- something would be obvious. Also what motivates me is, If I see a low…

My problem was always the food side, as I love to exercise. For Food- pay attention to Portion size. No matter how good the food taste, only take one serving. Don’t go back for that second serving. The food will still be there for the next day and you can enjoy another portion then. Also eat everything, instead of a big…

Does it really matter how many calories you burned exactly…. I personally think that, it is great that you worked out for 30-60 minutes and were moving… you know you did the best to your abilities, and that’s what really counts in the long run, when the results being to show. It’s the same for food- sometimes we can’t find…

I had the same situation as you- I work out and loose… once I joined MFP in September, I was watching more of all the changes happening and not happening. Tracking food and exercise- food was always an issue for me as I really enjoy exercising. So now since MFP, I have been able to track a lost 5 pounds in 50 days – that’s…
