  • Oikos Greek yogurt with caramel is the best thing I've found to help my sweet tooth on those icky days!
  • I forgot to weigh in the morning so I will tomorrow. I have a feeling it's gain, though. Stressful day yesterday so went a little over on my calories. Any pointers on dealing with bad days and avoiding emotional eating?
  • I'm in the D range, and have found the UnderArmor sports bras work perfectly for any kind of exercise. They are the only ones that I'll wear anymore! Good luck!
  • When I started wearing contacts I just went a few hours at a time and built up to it. I have daily disposables because any other ones always dried out and were difficult to remove. Just gotta get used to it, but it's definitely worth it! I love my contacts and have had them for 10 years now!!!
  • Just found the new board! My name is Megan. SW: 195 GW for June 1: 170 Hopefully will be able to lose more but would love to see the 170's. lost some weight last summer but could never get out of the 180's! Just worked out and feel pretty good!
  • I'm in! Haven't done a challenge before either. Just got remotivated after needing to get my gallbladder removed at age 20 (both from hereditary stuff and a high-fat diet). Definitely wanting to get to the point of enjoying swimsuit weather while comfortable in a swimsuit!
  • Hey I just found MFP, and I'm trying to get rid of the freshmen 15 (plus a bit) that I got last year! This seems like a great site, and it's nice to know other college-age people are utilizing it!
