If I were to have a protein bar I would pick one with little or no carbs since I'm on a low carb/sugar diet/life style. Why do you want to take a protein bar?

Welcome to the forums. I would suggest you try to find a workout buddy...maybe a couple people that have the same goal as you. Also I love group fitness classes and rec sports. I strongly recommend asking around and joining a rec sports team. This will give you exercise and needed social time away from the kids.

I have never heard of this before. I would think this would lead to someone binge eating. I've always been told to eat about 5 -7 times a day.... Small meals and snacks
