Well it has been awhile since I updated but I am doing very well. Since I started I have lost 35 lbs and have maintained my strength in all my lifts. I started at 243 and am now 208. My goal is coming up fast of 190-200lbs. I am now running 2-4 miles 3-4 times a week and I lift 2-3 times a week. I also very the cardio…
