I would like to join this thread as well! I love the idea of day by day, so much more mentally do-able than looking ahead for the year. For today- ~Log every bite. ~Find a stretching/easy exercise video to do every day. (bad back) ~Take stock of my freezers/fridge for meals and make list of what's available.
