Hi. I just joined MFP. I was using Livestrong before, but this app seems to be easier. I live in Rush, and I mostly hoop for exercise. Since I took up hooping 3 years ago I've dropped about 10 pounds, and gotten much stronger. But I need to watch the calories if I want to lose more fat.
