When pressed for time, I use either almond/coconut milk or coconut water and add protein. Small change, but a huge difference, (IMO). Bonus points for Walking Dead gif.

The key is moderation. I love beer, I have less of it so I make it count when I do. I add an extra ten minutes of circuit training when I know I'll have some. Same applies to bacon. :)
