  • You can add chia seeds to your oatmeal and or a nut butter and enjoy!!! Walnuts are great in oatmeal!
  • You can do a lot with lentils!! My fave is simply cooking them in low sodium chicken broth and add onion,carrots,cumin, pepper celery salt to taste. Cook until most of the broth is gone. Then eat as they are or add to salad,mix with brown rice or even make a wrap. The possibilities are endless.
  • My fave is chocolate chip with hot fudge drizzled all over it. I like a little ice cream with my fudge. Only on special occasions now. I have just discovered if you freeze Greek yogurt then partially defrost it and give it a nice stir,OMG it is just like ice cream. Perfect single serve and oh so many flavors.
  • Make sure your getting plenty of fiber and drinking lots of water. Don't go to long without eating between meals. Your body goes into starvation mode and that can cause you to not loose weight.
