If I'm frustrated I go for a run/swim/to the gym. The purpose of that is it prevents me from eating my feelings and I'm doing something productive towards my goal. I know water weight/bloatinghappens and weight loss is not linear, but sometimes when I've "gained" my rational self isn't present. So exercise helps.

I'm 5'0. To lose weight I eat 1500-1600. I maintain around 1800-2000 walking 30,000-40,000 steps a day according to my tracker.

I took "susan's" coffee at Starbucks. To be fair, I thought it was mine and wondered why they had made me a venti instead of a grande for 1/2 an hour... until I saw the label.

American Eagle fits me, Eddie Bauer also (they often carry short - bonus!) And i tend to throft store browse and just try the maximum amount of garments on at a time. I am also a size 2.. but if in old navy, target or walmart i need a 0.

June 7: 112.7 Progress.. slow but hopefully steady. So busy recently. Which leads to bad eating/no meal prep at times. @rianneonamission I get the munchies too. Hope it goes smoothly and you aren't too far outside your goals!

I don't have an apple, but I do have problems with syncing (my veryfitpro, which talks to Google fit, which should talk to mfp) there are a lot of days which that does not happen. Cherry pie. I love cherries. But cherry pie is always either too saccharine or too bitter... and mushy. No appeal.

50% done day 4. It is really challenging to do push ups with a dog looping under your arms and licking your face.

Mostly my arms from the push ups yesterday... 20% done with today's, rest will have to wait until after work. And we will probably do sit ups and push ups (and maybe squats) at martial arts tonight so I can add those in. And then Wednesday I will really be kicking myself XD

Well, I just bought a bikini that should look okay once I lose the last 6-7 lbs. It fits but I'm not sure I like how it makes my love handles look. I needed a smaller bathing suit... my current one falls off when doing laps, and none of the one pieces were even remotely sensible.

Balloons. Seeing balloons hits me right into anxiety mode, or even a panic attack though I've gotten much better.
