I am fine with it like some said eating raw food like a spinach salad with salmon, legumes, fruits and veggies. Eating whole grains, fiber rich and superfoods in general is what I eat and I feel great.

Hey girl!!!! I am glad you are here! Calorie counting has really kept me accountable. I think it's the eating and food that is the hardest part when trying to get healthy since it's an all day thing. Getting physical or working out is at least an hour a day. I wish you the best of luck!!!

I did in 2005. I gained 45 pounds back because of marriage and 2 kids. Now i am losing and hope to lose more than I originally lost.

For my chart can you put my start weight for Nov. at 187 lbs. 210 was my start weight with the begging of my journey in September. Start weight is 187 CW: 183 Goal for november is 15 but I think that is not going to happen so lets say 10.

I am in San Diego too! Lately, I been having to wear light weight jacket in the mornings but strip it off by 10am. I hope I can be in shorts one day. I always hated shorts because when walking they ride up in crotch area and then get chaffing on inner thighs. So, one day hopefully I can have this post on shorts.

I just have to say the the Total Body Workout class at my YMCA kicked my *kitten* but i am proud to say I kept up for the most part. I say most part because I am so uncoordinated and trip over my own feet. lol I am excited to read everyone is going in the right direction as for their goals!!!

Your welcome. He encourages exercising but he said you really got to take it easy. Maybe elliptical easy. Don't push too hard because injury will get worse and make healing time linger which will just frustrate you. You really want to heal to do and be 100%
