no, but I would have a maid come clean a couple times a month to clear the dust because I've been traveling the world so much with my new found wealth!!

I pre-log if I'm concerned about what a homemade dinner meal will bring in calorie wise. Then I know ahead of time how to prepare it or how much I can have.

I'll try, started exercising again yesterday and my routine had about 100 in it then and my shins were starting to hurt. I'll give it a try and split the 300 up within a 30 minute period.

Just started today, love that there is an app for my Droid and I can scan items that I eat instead of looking up everything :) Found a daily workout list on Pinterest that I also started so I can add excercise to food tracking to see if that helps. Good luck to everybody.
