Hey - I m 5'3 as well rt now i weigh 135 and my goal is to shed 10 lbs-- idepending on your bone size, gentics, etc.. us 5'3 ladies should be in the 130- to 115 range is a helathy norm, acc to a physician not be considered "obese" LOL we should not get higher than 150 but again it def depends on your frame - and more…
