I think the first thing you need to figure out is what test they are going to do. Most likly they already did a TSH (thyroid stimulating Hormone.) Find out if they are doing a test for antibodies, if the antibody test is positive you most likely have Hasimottos hypothyroidism. If you have any Blood test questions just ask,…

I had a good start today. Managed to stay in my calories and went to zumba. and drank lots of water.

I am in. I have been hovering around the 200 lb mark for a while and would love to leave it behind before my vacations this spring. My goal is to be 160 lbs. My biggest issue is sugary foods. I also refuse to buy bigger cloths, and my biggest pair of jeans I just ripped a hole in.

Was going to finish up today (tuesday) but I got rained out. I might have to skip Zumba tomorrow and go for my bike ride.

I am in for the next challenge. this week's weight is 200.5...I know it is up but is better than it was last week. I might end this challenge higher than I started if I don't get back down. :sick:

I biked my 12 plus my comute to work =14.66

I biked for 12 miles this evening and have rode the bike to work the last two nights for a total of 17.32 miles

The bike is finally out of the shop. I will get at least 12 miles this am, hoping for more. Will update ticker later.

I think my bike needs to go in for a check-up/ tune-up, Its been changing gears hard. since last week. So no bike today just Zumba.

Added another 5.32 miles for 2 days of biking to work.
