i have a friend from bahrain, i hear its not always safe heat or not! drink lots of water and be careful at the hottest times of day, if you feel unwell go hide somewhere cool.

nooo don't do stuff in a tent, go out and explore, burning many many calories while being adventurous :)

just suck it up and eat them :) try cooking things differently, roast things you'd boil, mash things you'd chop, keep eating them till they're not so bad anymore. (i used to hate veg, i got over it)

eat your exercise calories, you need them. eat protien. have rest days.

every time you read about running there always seems to be a huge list of reasons not to! it's a wonder anyone moves at all :P tell them you wont race them if they dont want to play :)

i took up knitting, i cant eat and knit, but i can read large print ior watch tv and knit, and you get something at the end :P

the advice i followed was to drink water when you crave something. it can work pretty well as it at least gives you something to do, and while you're drinking it plan your next activity :)

I havent got the hang of pounds yet, but i need to lose around 3 stone, while im positive now, i fear there will be a terrible week in the future somewhere...

weigh them and log them by weight? we don't do cups in britain, i weigh stuff or estimate :P

Try one from a sports shop, try them on and jump in the changing room to see if they're any good :P (i was mortified to see everything else jiggle when i tried mine :( ) i got a brand called shock absorber and paid around 25 pounds.
