I love the elliptical. what I normally do is break it up and do it twice a day. I used to do 40 minutes once a day, but then I started doing 15-20 minutes twice a day and actually started losing more weight.

I had the munchies an hour ago!!! I almost asked my hubby to go to dairy queen to get us some icecream!!!! Instead I hopped on my elliptical for 15 minutes. I don't have the munchies anymore :)

So far I have been burning fat not muscle (according to my gyms body fat% thing ) I do strength training as well. I agree I should up my daily calories though. :)

I feel the same way, I can never get my net to 1200. If I do I never seem to lose any weight. my net usually stays around 800. It has been working so far for me. I lose about 2-3 lbs per week.

I have been pregnant twice, one 18 month old and the other was a miscarraige. Both times I got pregnant was when I started working out again.. So I would think that you are more fertile when you lose weight.

I always weigh more at night. Weigh yourself first thing in the morning.

It is quite possible to lose 30 lbs in 3 months, Thats only 2 lbs a week. Which is what i have heard is perfectly healthy to do. You have to work really hard though.

I eat pasta all the time(once every other week or so) and I am still able to loose weight. When I eat it though I make sure I am eating whole grain pasta. It taste good just like the regular pasta. Hope this helps :) Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools

This might sound weird, but I make a chocolate slim fast and then I freeze it. It is my substitute for a chocolate shake. It satisfies my chocolate cravings.
