There is nothing wrong with going over on protein, Unless you have some medical reasons. If you are working out your body need more protein anyways, I wouldn't worry about going over. :)

You could do a breakfast for dinner. Make an egg and cheese scramble with veggies in it. You can either have toast or Hashbrowns for your side. :)

I shop at walmart for the most part. If you get adds for the other store walmart will price match the adds :) Saves a lot of money that way and you only have to go to one store :)

Wait until he starts walking!! You will not be bored then, You will actually get quite a workout chasing him around. But until then you could put him in the stroller and takes walks :)

I don't see any percentages when I view my full report, just the amounts in calories and grams... This also shows the percentages for each meal, your daily total, and your goal. Yes.. this does add that info to other diaries as well.

I have a 18 month old as well and I normally do a workout video when he is awake and he loves to watch. He will also try to do what I am doing, Its great bonding time. I will wait till his nap time and then use my elliptical.

I use to work for Old Navy and there clothes are meant for the WHOLE family not just for "juniors" So in my opinion you should keep shopping there. You can find some good deals sometimes.
