Feel free to add me... I log everything, nearly every day. I might take a break on the weekends but pretty much on here every day. I've lost 90lbs since February by adjusting my diet and minimal exercise. I still drink my beer and eat pizza... just not as much as I used to... :oP

One of my strange quarks/hobbies is I looking for continuity issues in movies: hair up then hair down, swept back or over the shoulder, watches, stances. If someone's shirt is tucked in or not, windows in the car are up and then down and then up again... etc... drives my wife NUTS!! Especially if I do it to a movie she…

"It's not HOW it's the WHY... How you lost the weight is the easy part. Why you're overweight takes some inner reflection." Once I figured that out, it got SO much easier. I snacked all day and ate well beyond my daily calorie intake.... once I figured that out and how to curb it, things got easy.

Thanks... Cherimoose... great reply. I've lost nearly 90lbs since February of this year and I started having digestive problems about August. Anytime I ate something remotely fatty, I'd get a severe pain in my gallbladder and suffered from chronic constipation. I drink nearly a gallon of water a day so I tried upping my…

Thanks guys... it was laporoscopic for both and for the hernia they did not use a mesh. Looking forward to seeing the Dr next week to see what he has to say.

Couldn't agree more!!! Water, water, water water.... one day, one meal, isn't gonna hurt you.... it wasn't one meal that made you fat... it was a lifestyle. Someone a lot smarter than me said, "It's not the 'how' you lose weight... the science is the easy part. The WHY you lose weight is the hard part." That takes some…

BINGO!!!!

They advertise "Fresh" not "Healthy".... They lure you in with healthy veggies... but neglect to tell you about the meat choices aren't exactly healthy choice. Like everyone's already said, when getting fast food anywhere, you need to make healthier choices. McDonald's has a couple of GREAT options with the premium chicken…

Yeah.... my wife started the plank challenge a few weeks ago so I've been doing it with her... it only took one evening for both our kids (3 & 5) to get down on the floor with us, grunting, groaning and heavy panting afterwards... lol They constantly ask "is this good exercise?" when doing a headstand or even kicking their…

Killer bro-ham! I really like your blog and totally agree with you when people say, "you're an inspiration"... I'm always like, eh and say..."no, I was just tired of being fat." Way to go, I'm really proud of you... and I know you're not gonna gain it all back. Feel free to add me if your taking friends. PEACE!!

My wife started planking last week and I've decided to do it with her. I have an umbilical hernia so sit-ups and crunches are out of the question for core strengthening. But planking seems to be low impact enough.... we're up to 1 minute and I think we jump up to 90 seconds tonight.

My wife and I met on eHarmony.com..... I worked full time in an office and she was a 3rd grade teacher. Neither of us had the opportunities to meet a SO and were both tired of the bar scene. We've been happily married for 7 years this December. NOW... online dating isn't for everyone. You have to go in with a very open…

WOW... congratulations.... and I can honestly say, that happiness radiates from your "after" picture, I had tears welling in my eyes. Congratulations again and keep up the great work!!!

My moobs and legs and waist. My belly is gonna be a struggle for SURE!! I've gotta couple hams hanging on the side of my body.

Welcome back and congrats on getting back on it. You've got this buddy.... never quit, never give up. I'm a firm believer in the small changes amount to big things. Since February, I've lost nearly 80lbs by adjusting my calories and moderate exercise. There's no excuse why you can't do this!! Feel free to add me, I log…

^^^100% AGREE!!! I started MFP back in February at 350lbs and happy to say that as of today I'm down nearly 80lbs. I DO NOT believe in fad diets, juicing, purging etc.... I maintain my weight loss by watching my calories and being moderately active. I sit behind a desk all day for work but have been taking walks on my…

Everything varies... not just pants and shirts. Even my shoe size will vary from brand to brand. I'd say if you have an idea of what you are then start there. I don't think you're going to get a list of places where their sizes are all equal. Too many variables.

That's gotta feel GREAT!!... congratulations!!

crashed into a stack of garbage cans right after taking this pic

Great story and congrats on the transformation!!!

GREAT JOB!!!!

I walk every day during my lunch break because I sit behind a desk all day.... so yes, I count walking as exercise just to get my blood moving and to take a break from the mundane. I've even begun to look forward to it too!!

GREAT job!!! Congrats on your progress!!

M&M's, peanuts, single serving chocolates...

Atkins, juicing etc... those don't work for me. I'm not knocking them in anyway... I just know they won't work for ME. Has my DIET changed?!... hell yes.. but it's not dieting. I'm having a turkey sandwich on wheat bread and Doritos for lunch... doesn't sound like diet food to me! My point is you don't have to eat salads…
