I didn't get a walk in today but I did get 40mins of swimming. Trying to get something in every day even with being on vacation. Have a good day everyone.

It's easy to stay the same. It's hard to change, even a small change. That's why you have to do it one day at a time and give yourself some credit for having the guts to make the change. I wish I could give you a big hug. Just know we are here for you.

Got the workout done, it was a good one. Also went for a 40min walk, got 3.5 miles in. I was moving. I can feel the differents these workouts are having on me. Keep up the good work everyone!

Don't be disappointed in your self, we all have lives to live. What we have to do is keep going. We have all had times we don't lose, just put it behind you and go forward.

Sw 193 Cw191.2 I'm pleased with this had lots of things going on this week. Just looked best things to eat at these events and did extra workouts, my goal was to break even to still lose was great! Think I'm team Violet if I did it right

Not to worry about going up, stress does horrible things to our body. Just know it was a bad week and go on. Just do what you have to eat well and do a workout and it will be ok in the end. Know that there's people behind you cheering you on that is what is so great about a group like this.
